The O2 Bus Buddy
is designed to safely transport personal oxygen in a variety of
school buses. The O2 Bus Buddy is designed to mount to the existing bus
sidewall and floor seating track. Therefore, minimum drilling if any is
required.
Our O2 Bus Buddy has exceeded pull test standards used for
ambulances; AMD Standard 003, the OHIO Department of Education RC 4511.76, and
Administrative
codes 3301-83-19 and 3301-83-06,
"Guidelines Regarding The Safe Transportation Of Oxygen On A School Bus". Our
cabinets passed a 25 times it's weight in a pull test!
Our cabinet has been designed to accommodate all style school busses by
providing a sliding rear bracket for bus sidewall securing.
Oxygen Cabinets specifically designed and approved for School Buses! The
Oxygen Bus Buddy transports Oxygen Tanks or Portable Oxygen Systems in a School
or Transportation Bus. The top door of our cabinet allows the oxygen tubing to
reach the rider. Internally, there are two curved cradles to support the Oxygen
Tank, and slots for the adjustable "Quick Release Belts" that secure the tank
inside the cabinet.
Our Cabinets are specifically designed to mount on to an existing floor and
sidewall rail system used to secure bus seats or wheel chairs. (If no
floor track is available, it may be bolted to the floor).

Our Unit has a solid hinged
door with a 1" open area at the top for the oxygen tubing. Internally,
there are 2 cradles to support the O2 tank, and slots for the two 36" "Quick
Release Buckles" that secure the tank inside the cabinet.
The cabinet finish is powder white with a "DOT Oxygen Label" on the door front.
There is also a removable and replaceable Blue or Brown "Flame Retardant" padded
"Top Hat" supplied for the top of the cabinet.

Designed for transportation vehicles such as small busses, vans, or even vehicle
use. Our padded restraint pouch is now complete for smaller portable oxygen
systems to be secured for transport via existing three point seat belt systems!
Will fit individual cylinders M-6, C, D, or portable units with bags. Closed,
circular bottom, a "V" Type peel open top. The durable polyester fabric
and webbing secures with 2 adjustable straps. It is designed for Right or
Left side seat loading. Convenient adjustable carry handle for upright
positioning of units
